📌 Foundation
Citragro Indonesia was established with the initial goal of developing organic agriculture and producing high-quality essential oils from Indonesia’s native plants. With a vision to build a sustainable nature-based industry, we began our journey with the cultivation of patchouli, citronella, benzoin, and coffee in North Sumatra.

📌 Partnership with Local Farmers
Over time, we realized that many local farmers still rely on conventional farming methods that are inefficient and environmentally damaging. Therefore, we established partnerships with local farmers, providing agricultural training and helping to market their products.

📌 Product Expansion
Initially, our focus was solely on patchouli oil production. However, as demand grew, we expanded our product line to include citronella oil, coffee beans, and benzoin resin. In addition, we began developing organic fertilizers to support sustainable agriculture and improve crop quality.

📌 Sustainability & Innovation
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we developed a zero-waste farming system that ensures all agricultural output and production waste are fully utilized. Furthermore, we started innovating in the processing of natural raw materials, creating value-added products for various industries.

Citragro Indonesia continues to grow with a focus on market expansion, product quality improvement, and innovation in the essential oil, benzoin, and coffee industries. We are consistently expanding our distribution network both domestically and internationally, promoting Indonesia’s natural products on the global stage.
