These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and business transactions with Citragro Indonesia, a company engaged in the export of agribusiness products, including but not limited to patchouli oil, clove oil, lemongrass oil, citronella oil, fertilizers, and other agricultural commodities.
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms & conditions.
- Citragro Indonesia operates as an export-focused company, providing high-quality agricultural products for international markets.
- By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once published on this page.
- Our products include essential oils, herbal extracts, and other agricultural commodities for export purposes.
- All orders must be placed in writing via email or our official ordering system.
- The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product and will be specified in the quotation or contract.
- Orders will only be processed upon receipt of an official purchase order (PO) and confirmation of payment (as per agreed terms).
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless fixed under a signed contract.
- Payments must be made in the agreed currency through one of the following methods:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 50% Down Payment (DP), 50% before shipment.
- FOB/CIF: Based on invoice and sales contract agreement.
3.3. All transaction fees, including bank charges, shall be borne by the Buyer.
3.4. Late payments may result in penalties and/or shipment delays.
- Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 as agreed in the sales contract (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
- Delivery schedules are estimated and subject to factors beyond our control, such as port congestion, weather conditions, and customs clearance.
- The risk and responsibility of the goods transfer to the Buyer once the shipment is handed over according to the agreed Incoterms.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (shipping companies, customs clearance, or force majeure).
- Citragro Indonesia provides standard export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Fumigation Certificate (if required)
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Product Quality & Authenticity Certificates
1.2. Additional documentation may be arranged upon request, subject to extra costs.
1.3. All customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
- All products undergo strict quality control and compliance checks before shipment.
- The Buyer must inspect the goods within 7 days upon receipt.
- Any claim related to product damage or quality issues must be reported in writing with supporting evidence.
- Refunds or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and only considered if the issue is due to our fault.
- We shall not be held liable for failure or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Natural disasters
- War, strikes, embargoes
- Changes in government regulations
- Shipping disruptions or customs clearance issues
1.2. In force majeure situations, obligations may be postponed or renegotiated as per the circumstances.
- Citragro Indonesia shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product usage.
- Losses due to third-party logistics providers or customs regulations in the Buyer’s country.
1.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods under the applicable sales contract.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the case shall be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
